DMCA Policy
Roasted Eggplant Slices respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to us.
This policy outlines the information required to submit a valid DMCA notification and describes the process for submitting a counter-notification if your content has been removed due to a copyright claim.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Roasted Eggplant Slices infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: This must include the title or description of the work and, if applicable, a URL or other identifying location of the copyrighted work.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, or that you have the right to post and use the content, you may submit a counter-notification. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Roasted Eggplant Slices may reinstate the content in question. Your counter-notification must be a written communication and include the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: This should include the URL(s) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- The subscriber's name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Roasted Eggplant Slices may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- An electronic or physical signature of the subscriber.
